Pumpkin Love
Tomorrow is the first day of October and I have yet to bake anything with pumpkin. I haven’t even eaten anything with pumpkin since my birthday when Grandma made her amazing Pumpkin Praline Torte.
As I read my favorite food blog and recipe websites…all I see are amazing pumpkin recipes that make me want to go buy 50 lbs right now. Today I just have one can of pumpkin in the pantry, but I’m having trouble picking which tasty pumpkin flavored treat I should use it in.
Let me show you what I mean.
Featured on Tasty Kitchen today was this Pumpkin Spice Pull-Apart Bread. Drool.
Then you have this creamy guy: Pumpkin Cream Oreo Tarts. Um, yum!
And everyone knows pumpkin and cream cheese should get married. I’m pretty sure this Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Swirl would hit the spot.
Since it is Friday, this might be more appropriate: Grown Up Pumpkin Pie Milkshake.
All these sweet treats look sooo good, but I really think I want to make this simple recipe. You could eat Pumpkin Cornbread with just about anything – breakfast, lunch or dinner.
